Much of my back catalogue was written so long ago that when I listen now, it sounds like someone else’s music. That got me to thinking… What if I took every single track from my archives and reviewed them?
So that’s what I’m doing. The plan is to review every track I’ve released under the alias Pilchard and my own name, Lee Stacey.
It could be an interesting journey. So I’ll start from the beginning and see where we get to.
Pilchard – Classics ’97-’03
Every tune was at least in-part written sometime between 1997 and 2003. It’s a little hard to pin things to an actual timeline but the order of the tracks on the album feels like a narrative of my life throughout the period. It gets a little deep and it gets very dirty. Click on the name of each track below to listen and read my personal review.
